Royal North Shore Hospital was the second project undertaken by RED and Zouki. Royal North Shore Hospital boasts a 400 seat food and beverage cafeteria that services staff, patients and visitors. The cafe also encompasses a state of the art kitchen behind the scenes.

The experience continues through the hospital to the organic convenience store and coffee kiosk designed collaboratively with RED and Zouki.

Staff, visitors and patients stream past the cafe which is located in the main hospital entrance – pick up a take-away coffee ( made from Zouki own roasted beans), or choose from a huge selection of meals, snacks, cakes, drinks and even ice cream.
