As one of Australia’s busiest transport hubs, Southern Cross Station has enormous retail potential.

The management team of Southern Cross Station Pty Ltd (SCSPL ) have recognised that this potential is under-realised and are planning a multi-million dollar reconfiguration to allow the Station to evolve into the thriving retail hub that it should be.

SCSPL assembled a team of professional retail advisors from KPMG, Red Design Group, Root Projects Australia, Grimshaw Architects and Corrs Chambers Westgarth to study the Station and develop a plan to unleash its retail potential.

The retail offer within Southern Cross Station is now being reconfigured to meet the needs of the ever expanding number of customers who use the station as a central hub.
