Today was a big day at RED as we have just heard that we have been re-appointed by the Department of Human Services after a successful tender for the Front Office Marketing Design for the newly created DHS portfolio which includes Centrelink, Medicare and the Child Support Agency.

For the previous 5 years we have worked with Centrelink and Medicare across Australia to give their customers a improved experience – and now that the agencies have merged into a single portfolio we are about to start a new stage of work to take a new brand and marketing design around the country again.

It is a cold and rainy day in Melbourne today but we celebrated with a Pimms Cup No 1 this morning – and our sun deck was a great spot to have a celebratory drink.
