Our team in Vietnam has done a great job to design and document 3 malls for our client – Central Group.

They are called Go!Mall and are local shopping centres of between 20,000 and 30,000 square metres.

As lead designers, RED was responsible for Concept Design, Schematic Design, Masterplan Submission, Authority Approval, Design Development, Tender Submissions and Construction Documentation.

We also created their Tenancy Guideline Manuals and manuals for wayfinding and signage.

We worked with our local partners on structural, MEP and civil and managed the entire design process.

We like to think of that as a one-stop-shop for mall design.

The first site is under construction and it was great to see our brand on the project billboard – a sign we have really arrived in Vietnam.
